From our humble beginnings, we have grown and expanded throughout the western metro Minneapolis area. We specialize in supporting businesses in a variety of industries from single proprietorships to hundred-employee operations. In 2015 we started with a shop in Saint Michael, MN after working more than 23 years in the IT world for different large corporations. We focused on business services and consumers. We soon opened a shop in Buffalo, Monticello and Osseo.

Business Relationships: Techmate is a different MSP company. We have no sales people and no commissions, so we are only going to offer you what you need. With no dedicated sales people, you get a single point of contact for sales, service, and support. We do business with those who want to do business with us. We don't trap customers with contracts to keep our services, but rather bill month to month. We know you will choose to keep us around without the ugliness of contractual obligations and early termination fees. Remote support for Techmate must be pre-paid for uncontracted entities. These minutes never expire and usage will be to the minute. Techmate charges $99 for 60 minutes of support.

Flexible pricing
Techmate offers flexible pricing for any budget.
Pay as you go
Our onsite bill rate is $125/hr with a minimum of one hour. Our remote support is $50/half hour with a minimum of $50/call. If support is out of business hours, it's $150/hr and $75/call. Business hours for billing purposes are 8am-6pm M-F.
Prepay Hours
If you need help over time, you can get a discount by pre-paying for your service. Pre-paid hours are $100/hr and can be used for onsite or remote. The hours are good for 3 months. Pre-paid hours must be fully paid for before any service is done.
Unlimited Remote
You can get an unlimited remote support plan for as low as $250/month. Pricing depends on the size of the business and needs. RMM software is installed on supported machines.
All you can eat
All you can eat is a support package designed for you. It could be unlimited onsite and remote or guaranteed number of hours at a reduced hourly rate. You can receive service for as low as $90/hr.
