Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM)

Techmate installs lightweight RMM software on all covered machines. We monitor system health, apply security patches, and detect problems 24/7 — often fixing issues before they affect your day.

Predictable Monthly Cost

Starting at $250/month. Final pricing depends on the number of covered machines and the size of your business. One flat invoice — no surprises.

Patch Management

Operating system and software updates are managed and deployed by Techmate, keeping your systems current and secure without disrupting your workday.

Priority Response

As a monthly plan client, your support requests are prioritized ahead of break/fix customers. Faster response, less waiting.

Onsite Available Separately

Onsite visits are not included in this plan but are available at discounted break/fix rates. Many issues are resolved remotely — onsite is the exception, not the rule.
