You purchase a block of hours upfront at a discounted rate and draw from that balance whenever you need onsite or remote support. The hours are flexible — use them however works best for your situation.
Prepaid hours must be fully paid before any service is performed. Hours are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

That's $25/hr less than our standard pay-as-you-go rate. Hours can be split between onsite and remote support as needed — there's no penalty for switching.
There is no large minimum. Purchase as few or as many hours as your budget allows. Remote support is billed to the minute; onsite is billed in 15-minute increments.
Prepaid hours are valid for 3 months from the purchase date. Unused hours expire after that period. Plan accordingly — buy what you expect to use.
Full payment is required upfront before any service begins. We accept card payments via our secure checkout. Once purchased, hours are tracked and reported to you transparently.

If your needs grow, you can roll into an unlimited remote or full managed plan at any time. Unused prepay hours are credited toward your new plan. Compare all plans.
