The break/fix model is the simplest way to work with Techmate. You call us when something goes wrong, we fix it, and you pay only for the time we spend. There are no monthly commitments, no contracts to sign, and no retainer fees. This plan works well for smaller operations that have occasional IT needs but don't require ongoing monitoring or management.
Business hours for billing purposes are 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday.
$125 per hour
1-hour minimum charge. Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. We come to your location to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
$50 per call (minimum)
$50 gets you up to 30 minutes. Billed in 30-minute increments. Remote support via Splashtop allows us to connect securely to your machine from anywhere.
Onsite: $150/hr • Remote: $75/call
For urgent situations outside of business hours. After-hours support is available for critical issues that cannot wait until the next business day.
Hardware diagnostics and repair, software troubleshooting, virus and malware removal, printer and peripheral setup, network connectivity issues, data recovery, and general computer support.
